Event Series: A Taste of Croatia

Octopus Salad – A Taste of Croatia

Dave’s frozen octopus pack has arrived, so he’ll be running a Taste of Croatia session that will create the octopus salad served at our last Christmas lunch. Toby Barach has also offered to bring a BBQ to fry off some tentacles for a different flavour (Dave only has two arms, unlike an octopus…).

Attendance is free, but let Dave know if you’re coming so he can put out chairs for the right numbers (021 404 334, or dave@ed.co.nz).

If you have ideas about cooking session topics this year, let Dave know. Would be great to have some more volunteers 🙂
